We are seeking a good tenant to rent a room in a large family home which is conveniently located in Mascot. Close to both bus and train stations with frequent buses to The University of NSW, Sydney University, The University of Technology, Sydney Airport, Eastern suburbs and Sydney CBD. The area has many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near- by.
The room comprises a queen size bed, large built-in wardrobe, 2 x bedside tables and a study desk. There is a private balcony attached to the room with outdoor furniture . The bathroom is shared with one other female student and there is a large well equipped kitchen which is shared with other residents.
Rent $320 per week
4 weeks bond
2 weeks rent in advance.
Minimum 12 months lease.
